1. Return Eligibility
Non-Customized Jewelry
•Eligible for return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
•Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
•All original packaging, invoice, and certificate of authenticity must be included.
Customized Jewelry
•Eligible for return within 7–10 days from the date of delivery only in the following cases:
•A manufacturing defect is present.
•The product was damaged during transit.
•Items with custom engraving, altered designs, or specific sizing are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
1.Email heerajewels.luxe@gmail.com within the return window, including:
•Your order number
•Reason for return
•Photos of the item (if applicable)
2.Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.
3.You’ll receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions and next steps.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
3. Refunds
• Once the product is received and passes our quality inspection, a full refund will be Credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• If the item does not pass inspection (e.g., used, damaged, or missing packaging), it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Buy-Back Policy
– Within 15 Days: 100% refund of invoice value (excluding customization charges).
– After 15 Days: 80% of diamond value and 100% of current market gold value (based on purity).
– Original invoice and certifications must be provided. Heavy personalization may affect final refund value.
Warranty & Repairs
– 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Covered: Loose stones, prong/clasp issues, minor structural defects.
Not Covered: Accidental damage, loss, or regular wear & tear.
Claim Process: Email us with photos and order info. We’ll assist with pickup or refer a partner workshop.
