•All HEERA pieces are crafted using certified lab-grown diamonds and premium metals.

•Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations in appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

•Once you place your order and payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

•Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they enter the production phase.

 

3. Payments

•All orders must be paid in full at checkout through our secure payment gateway.

•We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure online payment options.

 

4. Pricing & Taxes

•All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
