At Heera Jewels, we stand by the lasting value of every piece we create. If, for any reason, you wish to return your jewellery, we offer a transparent and fair buy-back policy:

• First 15 Days: Enjoy a 100% refund of your invoice value (excluding any customization or engraving charges).
• After 15 Days: You’ll receive:
• 80% of the diamond value
• 100% of the current market gold value (as per the purity used in your jewellery)

Note:

• The piece must be returned with the original invoice and certification.
• The jewellery will be inspected for any damage before the refund is processed.
• Custom-made designs with heavy personalization may be subject to a slightly modified evaluation.
